Do you sleep late on Saturday mornings? Why or why not?
HA! That is funny. I absolutely DO NOT sleep in, with 3 kids who like to "get up w/ the roosters". The only time i ever sleep in is if my inlaws have the kids.

When was the last time you forgot something? What was it, and how long did it take to remember it? I forget something everyday..this morning it was, making the bottles.

Fill in the blank: I notice ____________ when _____________. I notice I get super angry when I'm in a grocery store and old people take up the entire aisle and have no consideration for those of us that have places to go and people to see!

Upcoming Vacation

We're going on a vacation, a mini one, but hey its a vacation! A few weeks back, my mother-in-law asked if i minded she take the kids for a few days, not just the girls or just anthony, ALL 3. DO I MIND? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And better yet, it will be around our anniversary. I am so excited because Brian and I could use this vacation, time to ourselves, which we hardly ever have and I think its important for our relationship to be away from the every day life and focus just on us. Now the hard part, trying to find a nice vacation spot, far but not too far, inexpensive and quiet. I'm open to any ideas if any of you have any :)

Good Friends

Wow, i am sorry to my friends for not blogging in 2 weeks, but i've been sidetracked with things. So, this past week my best friend Christie was in town for the holiday, it was so good to see her. Its a shame we don't get to talk as much as we'd like because we're both busy with our lives and our kids, but whenever she's in town I make it a point to spend as much time with her as i can. Lastnight was her last night in town, so i went to see her at her mom's. We had a blast, talking about old times, talking about what is going on in each other's lives today, the usual busting on me. Its like she never left LOL if that makes any sense. I got to spend some more time w/ her daughter Abby, who is the cutest thing and provided us w/ some entertainment. I was sad to see her go but can't wait to see her again. Below is a little picture i took of her and her daughter, she'd probably kill me if she knew i posted this.

Swimming Classes and a Christening kind of weekend

Well the girls are enrolled for swimming, starts this coming weekend. I'm excited, but nervous too, i know they will do great! With enrolling them in their first class, got me thinking about another class i'd like to enroll them in, dance class. Lately, anywhere we go in the car, the music has to be LOUD so that Brittany and Leann can dance, and can i just say, brittany has some rhythm to her and i'm not just saying that b/c she's my daughter, but she really does, she can move her little body. She and Leann just love to dance. So, Saturday night i had on MTV and there is this show, like American Idol, but w/ dancing and Brittany stood in front of the tv to watch every move, then mimic what they did, she and Leann danced their little butts off. I managed to get the video camera out and videotape the dancing, it was priceless. My thoughts are after swimming classes, i'd like to see what kind of dance classes are out there for 3 yr olds and see about getting them enrolled.
Sunday was Anthony's christening (i will upload the pictures this week), it went really nice, he looked so handsome in his outfit and he just was the happiest baby yesterday, every picture we took he SMILED. We had lunch afterwards, it was nice seeing all of the family together, especially ours considering we don't get to see everyone all the time. Plenty of good conversations and laughs.

Thank God Its the Weekend!

Thank God today is friday. Its been a hellish week at work, no folks, i'm not busy at work, i'm bored out of my mind, so this week dragged, so needless to say, i'm excited for the weekend.

Us Mattoi's, we have a busy weekend ahead of us! Tonight will be the usual, going home, cleaning, brian will probably work a double today. Tomorrow morning mom is coming over to sit with the kids while i go and enroll the girls in swimming classes, i CAN NOT WAIT! Reading up on the course, looks like by the end they will be able to get in and out of the pool themselves! YIKES! I'm anxious to see this! Aunt Jen is coming along to assist me w/ the girls. My friend Angela is enrolling her daughter and so is her friend, enrolling her daughter as well. This should be nerve racking and fun at the same time. I am just looking forward to this summer and when the girls do swim, i won't be as nervous as the prior years.
Sunday is Anthony's Christening, FINALLY! I hope the day is nice, not raining. The godparents are my brother in-law Tom and my sister in-law Jen. I will try my best to take a ton of pictures and post afterwards.

Hope everyone has a good weekend! And this ends my Friday Blog! :)

Anthony crawled!

Oh my Gosh! I just received a call from Brian that Anthony crawled to him on the couch! YAY GO ANTHONY! A few times this week he's been wanting to get up and go, but wasn't quite figuring it out yet. When you try and help him, he stiffens his legs up like he doesn't want to bend them LOL

Well this is a first

Never in my life have I gone shopping for a new outfit and walked out of the store with NOTHING. I can usually pick out like 5 differant items, try them all on and my biggest problem would be picking just one outfit between the 5. I'm my sister's personal shopper for crying out loud!
Obviously this wasn't the case lastnight nor was it the case today. I am trying to find something different to wear to my son's christening. There are one of two problems, the first being, i'm not 20, wearing a mini-skirt and having major cleavage showing, wearing bright pink and bright green, isn't really appropriate CHURCH attire, and two, yes, i'm saying it, i have OFFICIALLY gained some weight. I tried on my usual size, then had to go a size up, that didn't fit, then had to go one more size up, 3 freakin sizes, are you kidding me? Needless to say i walked out of the stores both lastnight and this afternoon with nothing. Looks like i will have to go thru my closet and see WHAT fits and what i can scrounge together for Sunday, well i still do have 3 more days to attempt to get something.
I know i've had 3 kids that have done numbers on my body, i'm pushing 30, i don't exercise, i eat crap, i realize all of this, but its still depressing to me that i left the stores empty handed and at a stump on what to get! Wish me luck as i have 3 more days to try to find something and hope that i do find something!
