Winter Mess
Can someone please tell me what happened to the good ole snowstorms we used to have! You know the ones where we would get a day off from school and then play outside in the snow, build igloos and snowmen, those days, what happened? I feel like my kids are robbed of a good snow day where they could experience what i experienced growing up. Now we have what i like to call nuisance snow storms, you know not only snow, but you get the rain, sleet, and ice along with it, making it a complete mess to go out in! What is going on with the world, is it global warming? By golly i just would like one snow day where my kids can go out and play in it, not this rainy, sleet, ice/snow crap we have going on right now!

I hear ya! I keep telling TJ that NO this is the RIGHT kind of snow for snowman making..we are still waiting on snowman making snow! :-(

i am soooo with you on that one and i dont' even have kids! i just want a snow day off from work where i can sit on my couch in my pj's eat chips and dips and watch the snow storm on tv!!!!
